Il Macchiaiolo is a pure wine Cabernet Sauvignon, obtained from “Cucculia” vineyards (280 a.s.l).

Thanks to a chalky soil and a short period of ageing in barriques, this wine has a particular harmony.

It is a precious ruby wine with a firm taste and best exalts his flavour with old cheese and grilled meat . Serve at 16-19º C
